The umbrella body of Tarok Youths Worldwide, Tarok Progressive Youth Association (TAPYA) has expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Distinguished Senator AVM Napoleon Binkap Bali (Rtd) for yet again coming to the aid of the people of Langtang South in view of the acute water scarcity the Local Government is faced with
President of TAPYA, Amb. Miri Timnan Nyantau (M.T.N) while commending the uncommon service of Sen Bali to humanity said “in the midst of this dire situation, it takes a heart that is naturally out to serve humanity to recognize the urgent need for a more sustainable water supply in Langtang South”
“Sen Bali understands the difficulties faced by our people and we wish to most sincerely appreciate him for providing water tanks to Turaki and Sabon gida communities of Langtang South during the hootest months of the year.”
National Publicity Secretary of TAPYA, Comr CC Dashe in a statement added that TAPYA President “prayed God to replenish the pockets of Sen Bali and grant him good health.”
“The water provided by Sen Napoleon Bali will temporarily address the pressing water need our people in Langtang and also reduce the risk of waterborne diseases by ensuring access to cleaner water”
The Youth also thanked Gov Caleb M. Mutfwang for awarding the contract of Langtang Dam but stressed that Langtang South is worst hit with the crisis of water scarcity therefore “we are humbly appealing to Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang to make strategic and deliberate investment in dams in Langtang South as a long term strategy to permanently solve the deep-rooted issues of water scarcity”
