Tarok Progressive Youth Association (TAPYA), the umbrella body of Tarok Youth Worldwide, warmly congratulates Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Cirman Sunday (AP/F/No. 139997) on his well-deserved recognition with the Award for Gallantry and Service Excellence by the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, presented by the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
This distinguished honour, presented on behalf of the Lagos State Government and the people of Lagos State, recognizes CSP Cirman Sunday’s dedication, professionalism, courage, and commitment to duty in upholding the highest traditions of law enforcement.
To Tarok Youth and the entire Tarok nation, this recognition goes beyond an individual achievement; it is a confirmation of the core Tarok values of bravery, hard work, discipline, integrity, and selfless service. CSP Cirman Sunday has, through years of service, demonstrated the true Tarok identity, standing firm in the face of danger, serving with honour, and placing the safety of society above personal comfort.
At a time when strong leadership and integrity in public service are greatly needed, CSP Cirman Sunday’s conduct and achievements shall greatly inspire Tarok youths at home and in the diaspora, and to Nigerians at large. His recognition reinforces the belief that excellence, combined with character and dedication, earns honour.
