Hon. Beni Butmak Lar has warmly congratulated His Excellency, Barr Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, on his emergence as Silverbird Governor of the Year, conferred by the respected Silverbird Group, describing the award as a timely and well-earned recognition of impactful leadership.
She noted that the honour is an attestation of the steady progress recorded across Plateau State, from ongoing road rehabilitation and restoration of public facilities to renewed investments in healthcare, youth empowerment, and sports development.
According to the experienced Member who represented Langtang North and South in the House of Representatives with diligence from 2007 – 2023, communities across the state are witnessing practical steps toward inclusive growth.
