A former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Prince Dr. Suleiman Yahaya Kwande, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Baba Hassan on his appointment as Special Adviser on Political Strategy and Intelligence to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr. Bernard Mohammed Doro.
In a congratulatory message made available to Trill Times News, Kwande described the appointment as well-deserved, noting that it reflects Hassan’s proven leadership capacity, deep political understanding, and long years of service to the public.
Kwande recalled Hassan’s tenure as former Deputy Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, where he said the appointee distinguished himself through wisdom, balance, and a strong commitment to democratic ideals. According to him, these qualities position Hassan to make meaningful contributions in his new role.
He expressed confidence that Hassan would deploy his wealth of experience to support the Minister in making sound political decisions that would strengthen policy direction and improve service delivery to Nigerians.
Kwande, who represented Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency for two terms, concluded by wishing Rt. Hon. Hassan a successful tenure and assuring him of his goodwill as he assumes the national responsibility.
