Tarok Progressive Youth Association (TAPYA), the umbrella body of Tarok Youth Worldwide, joyfully congratulates Prince Ponfa Audu Wuyep, JP, on the successful completion of his programme and graduation from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, one of Nigeria’s foremost policy and leadership institutions.
Prince Ponfa Audu Wuyep, who currently serves as Director at the Police Service Commission and is also the National President of the Bwarat Community Development and Cultural Association (BCDCA), has once again distinguished himself through commitment to learning, leadership development, and national service. His graduation at NIPSS reflects his continuous drive to deepen capacity for public administration, security governance, and strategic leadership.
To Tarok Youth and the entire Tarok nation, this achievement is a source of pride. Prince Wuyep has consistently demonstrated qualities that define the Tarok people, discipline, hard work, service to community, respect for culture, and dedication to national development. Through his leadership of BCDCA, he has remained committed to community development, cultural preservation, and unity among the Bwarat people and the larger Tarok ethnic group.
The leadership of TAPYA recognizes the importance of NIPSS training in shaping leaders who contribute meaningfully to policy formulation, national cohesion, and institutional strengthening. Prince Wuyep’s participation and graduation from this prestigious institute further positions him as a strong voice for his community and a capable contributor to Nigeria’s governance and security architecture.
