The Tarok PDP Youth in Diaspora has expressed profound appreciation to key leaders of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau State, particularly in Langtang North for their fatherly intervention and responsive leadership regarding the controversy surrounding the nomination of the PDP State Organizing Secretary.
In a Thank You Press Release held today at Makeri House, Temple Road, Jos, the group commended His Excellency, Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Arch Nanchang Samuel Jatau, Sen. AVM Napoleon Binkap Bali (rtd), Hon. Beni Lar, Hon. Pirfa Jingfa Tyem, and Hon. Ubandoma Joshua Laven for listening to the concerns earlier raised by the group and for taking steps to address them in the spirit of fairness and party unity.
Speaking during at Makeri House, the group emphasized that their position had always been guided by loyalty to the PDP, respect for due process, and commitment to the ideals of justice and inclusion that have kept the party strong across Plateau State.
“We are deeply grateful to our leaders for proving once again that the PDP remains a listening party,” the group stated. “Their swift intervention has reaffirmed our confidence in the party’s internal democratic process and leadership integrity.”
The Tarok PDP Youth in Diaspora also threw its full weight behind the new consensus candidate, Hon. Timchang Alfred Ndam, describing him as a dedicated and experienced party loyalist who served as the Director of Operations for the Mutfwang Youth Campaign in 2023. The group expressed optimism that Hon. Ndam’s emergence will further strengthen the organizational structure of the PDP in Plateau State.
The group reaffirmed its total commitment to the unity, growth, and electoral success of the PDP under the visionary leadership of Governor Caleb Mutfwang.
