In what is being widely hailed as a decisive assertion of leadership and political clarity, Plateau State Governor, His Excellency, Barr Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has taken firm action against disloyalty within his administration, relieving several appointees of their duties and suspending a key government official in a sweeping realignment move.

According to credible political insights, the affected officials, Hon. Timothy Golu, Rt. Hon. Gwottson Fom, Hon. Nanbol Rimvyat, Hon. Nannim J. Langyi, Hon. Paul N. Datugum, and Hon. Nimchak Rims had refused to realign with the governor following his strategic defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC), a move that has repositioned Plateau State within the corridor of national political influence.

Nanbol Rimvyat (Liaison Officer, Langtang North), Hon. Nannim J. Langyi (Liaison Officer, Langtang North), Hon. Paul N. Datugum (Liaison Officer, Qua’an Pan North), and Hon. Nimchak Rims (Liaison Officer, Langtang South) include key aides and liaison officers across Jos South, Langtang North, Qua’an Pan North, and Langtang South. Their removal, observers note, goes beyond routine administrative reshuffling and reflects a firm stance against what has been described as gross insubordination and a direct affront to constituted authority.
“This action underscores a fundamental principle of governance, that those who serve must align with the vision and direction of leadership,” a political analyst remarked. “You cannot operate within a system you openly resist.”
In a related move reinforcing the administration’s zero-tolerance posture, the governor also approved the suspension of Rt. Hon.
